Ingredient, we will use in chicken karahi :
Chicken 1kg (slit in few spots with
bones)
Oil ½

Now
Let's cook chicken karahi:
Add 1/2 cup oil and add the chicken
in this oil. Fry it until the chicken changes color. Once the color changes,
add 4 tablespoon of yogurt and sauté. Let the yogurt water evaporate and oil
come to the surface.
Add chopped Tomatoes:
Then, add chopped tomatoes and
two sliced green chilies (remove the tomatoes skin and then cut them into
pieces). And in this, add 1 teaspoon of salt cover it and let it cook for 8 to
10 minutes. After 8 to 10 minutes, add 1 teaspoon of finely grated ginger and 2
teaspoon of garlic mix and sauté them.
Add all spices:
Then add the all spices red chili
powder, Kashmiri chili powder, crushed pepper, black pepper, crushed and
roasted coriander, crushed and roasted cumin, Turmeric, coriander powder, cumin
powder mix them well and sauté. Then add 4 tablespoon of yogurt again and cook
on medium heat.
Garnish and serve:
Next add 2 tablespoon of chopped coriander, 3 sliced green chilies and 2 tablespoon of lemon juice. Cover
and cook for 2 to 3 minute on medium flame. Afterward, add 1 tablespoon of
ginger slices and cook for 2 to 3 minute on medium flame.
Lastly, add 1 tablespoon of butter,
mix it and serve.
you can serve chicken karahi with naan bread, roti or rice.
