Ingredients for Dough:
All-purpose flour (Maida): 4 cups
Sugar: 1 tablespoon
Milk powder: 2 tablespoons
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Yeast: 1 tablespoon
4 tablespoons of oil
1 egg
1 cup and 3 tablespoons of lukewarm water (or as needed)
In a bowl, mix all these ingredients together: flour, sugar, milk powder, salt, and yeast. Then, add 4 tablespoons of oil and 1 egg. Now, gradually add 1 cup and 3 tablespoons of lukewarm water (or as needed). Add water little by little and knead the dough . After kneading, apply 1 teaspoon of oil on top, cover it, and let it sit until the dough doubles in size.
Prepare Chicken Bread Stuffing step by step:
Step 1: In a pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil and ½ cup of chopped onions. Cook for a minute.
Step 2: Then, add 1 teaspoon of garlic paste and fry for 30 seconds.
Step 3: Next, add 1 bell pepper, half a cup of green onions, and ¼ cup of peas (you can use your choice of vegetables).
Step 4: Add 500g of boiled chicken pieces.
